Do we believe we are at the mercy of various forces such as life, destiny, government, parents, or partners?

And do we extend mercy to others while feeling we receive little in return?

Do we see power imbalance in our lives?

In this workshop recording, we delve deep into our painful experiences of feeling the mercilessness of others. But we will not stop there, we will also focus on uncovering the hidden aspects of ourselves that can be, at times, merciless. We explore the factors that trigger our expression of mercilessness.

On the flip side, we’ll shine a light on our yearning to receive mercy when we need it most. We’ll examine why we crave mercy. We will also aim to reconcile the true universal meaning of mercy with our conscious and subconscious perception of mercy that is often burdened with obligation or by being ‘merciful’ when this is detrimental to others.

A significant root of imbalance with mercy is power issues. When we feel powerless, we may ask for mercy in an entitled way. When powerful, we may become merciless. Recognizing and balancing these polarities is crucial for embracing genuine mercy. This Paradox-x workshop recording offers full guidance to balance power issues and purify our expression of power that can bring us and others around us great benefits.

The workshop recording features guided exercises for introspection, transformation, and integration, empowering us to overcome deep inner divisions and pain. Through these exercises, we’ll strive to not only understand but also embody the virtue of mercy to a greater extent, that in turn makes our life and lives of others richer.
