Do we choose and stay with people who are compatible with our negative traits or habits? 
Do we adopt the standards and behaviours of those we love, believing that this way we build connection, even when we feel they are not right? 
Do we attune to the emotions of others, thinking it is empathy, even when their states are heavy or harmful to us? 
At the ‘Compatible’ Killers workshop, we explore what and who we unconsciously align with, how, and why.
We also discuss subconscious and instinctive mechanisms such as the role of “mirror” neurons, the alignment of brainwave patterns, and behavioural mimicry.
We learn how to consciously choose who and what we want to align with — and how to move beyond making choices driven by trauma, weakness, and unconscious needs.
