This instructor seminar provides structured guidance on how to successfully transfer knowledge and skills encapsulated in the Feeling Emotions seminar. The seminar encompasses in-depth analysis of the Paradox-x concepts, practical teaching tools, and techniques for understanding individual and group learning dynamics. The instructor seminars, in general, are designed in a way to provide opportunities for attendees to practice teaching segments of seminars in the group setting and to receive feedback and guidance on teaching performance.

This Paradox-x seminar – Feeling Emotions – focuses on feeling emotions, understanding layers of emotions and on navigating through and transforming emotions. It provides practical tools for working on emotions, presents theoretical concepts and offers opportunities for individual and pair work. Throughout the Paradox-x process, emotions are utilized as an important guiding sign.

Paradox-x Method also offers tools to dive into deep levels of difficult emotions and transform them into lighter and more pleasant emotions. It also provides insight in distinguishing between specific emotions and traumatic experiences. For example, as a child, when we were joyful and ecstatic – we were punished and grounded. Since that experience, we may be afraid of feeling joy. With application of Paradox-x Method we can resolve connection between joy and punishment and feel joy freely again. Finally, during this seminar we learn to differentiate between mental concepts of emotions and actual emotions.

You are welcome to attend Feeling Emotions instructor seminar if you completed following seminars:

• Paradox-x Method (for practitioners)
• Feeling Emotions (for practitioners)
• Resolving Trauma (for practitioners)
and
• Paradox-x Method (for instructors)

After successful finalization of the seminar participants receive a Certificate of Completion.
