FORGIVEness
Sometimes we say: “I’ve forgiven, but I’ll never forget.” But is that really forgiveness?
Probably not.
Sometimes we force ourselves to forgive. But can forgiveness truly happen under pressure?
Probably not.
Do we even know what it feels like to genuinely forgive?
At the Forgiveness Workshop, planned for September, we will go deeper into what feels hardest to forgive – in ourselves and in others. We will explore how to approach forgiveness without “overriding” either ourselves or the other person. And we’ll discover what our inner state actually feels like when we have truly forgiven. This understanding opens the way to truly forgive both ourselves and others.
Everyone is welcome, but spaces are limited — so we recommend reserving your place in time.
