Resolving Trauma
This instructor seminar provides structured guidance on how to successfully transfer knowledge and skills encapsulated in the Resolving Trauma seminar. The seminar encompasses an in-depth analysis of the Paradox-x concepts, practical teaching tools, and techniques for understanding individual and group learning dynamics. The instructor seminars, in general, are designed in a way to provide opportunities for attendees to practice teaching segments of seminars in the group setting and to receive feedback and guidance on teaching performance.
The Paradox-x seminar – Resolving Trauma – provides tools that enable us to identify traumatic experiences, to feel the emotions connected to trauma, to see our programming and beliefs linked to the trauma and finally to learn or find new ways out of the traumatic experience.
Even minor events trigger our mechanisms and deep physical and emotional responses and if not resolved create a trauma. Each traumatic experience, no matter how insignificant and trivial it may appear, leaves a mark on a person’s physical and emotional body and becomes an obstacle to growth and experiencing a sense of wholeness. Trauma originates from situations when we are threatened, or we perceive that we are threatened and then we do not succeed in getting out of the situation. Seminar Resolving Trauma teaches us how to use introspection tools in the identification of the trauma and integration tools that resolve trauma.
