Sometimes, we’re not even aware that our loneliness stems not from others rejecting us, but from our subconscious distancing from them. We’re often in conflict with ourselves – one part of us desperately wants connection, while another, out of fear, destroys those bonds.
In the workshop “I Am Aloone” on the 18th of December in Belgrade, we will explore the polarities of loneliness – self-denial and separation from others. ✨ Through guided exercises, you will discover how to harmonize your opposing parts and open up to deeper connection. 💖
