These strategies may create the image of confidence, but they mask insecurity rather than resolving it.

True confidence does not rest on appearances, success, or approval. It arises from inner alignment with our integrated self and universal consciousness. It shows itself in simpler, quieter ways – in the willingness to master something without the need for praise, in being fully present while doing, and in acting from integrity rather than from fear of how we are perceived. True confidence rests on deeply seated values and virtues.
