Preamble
These Standards form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and constitute a binding agreement between all individuals engaging with the Paradox-x Method – including Participants, Students, and all certification holders – and Katarina Vuković pr ELEI, the Provider of the Paradox-x Method.
These Standards apply to:
- Students: Participants attending Paradox-x seminars and events for personal or professional development.
- Practitioners: Individuals certified to practise the Paradox-x Method.
- Instructors: Individuals authorised to teach the Paradox-x seminars for which they are certified.
- Advanced Certification Holders: Individuals holding Advanced Practitioner, Senior Instructor, Master of Paradox-x, and Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor certification.
- Participants or Buyers: Individuals purchasing or engaging with Paradox-x services or products.
All provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including provisions on intellectual property, liability, and ethical standards, remain fully applicable and should be read in conjunction with these Standards.
1. Certification Pathways and Levels
The Paradox-x Method offers a comprehensive certification structure that recognises practitioners and instructors at various stages of their journey, from foundational competence to mastery. Each certification level requires demonstrated knowledge, practical experience, and adherence to professional standards.
1.1 Student Eligibility
Anyone interested in learning and personal development may become a student and attend Paradox-x seminars.
Requirements:
- Read, understand, and accept the Paradox-x Certification and Professional Standards, Terms and Conditions, and Payment & Returns Policy (where applicable – the instructors are independent business entities and can develop independent Payment and Returns Policy)
Certification Process:
- By joining their first Paradox-x seminar – Paradox-x Method – students confirm their acceptance of the requirements listed above.
- Upon successful completion of a seminar, students receive a Certificate of Completion, acknowledging their participation and learning.
- Formal Certification (e.g. as a Paradox-x Practitioner or Instructor) is granted only after fulfilling all training, evaluation, and other criteria defined in the Certification Standards.
Upon Certification:
- Students gain access to attend further Paradox-x seminars and participate in the professional learning community.
1.2 Practitioner Certification
Anyone interested in personal and professional development may begin the Paradox-x Practitioner Path. This certification recognises basic ability to practice the Paradox-x Method.
Requirements:

- Completion of three core seminars in the following sequence: Paradox-x Method, Polarity Integration, and Resolving Trauma
- Completion of one required one-day seminar: Beyond Ego OR Worthless Self-confidence
- Demonstration of successful practice of Paradox-x processes with other people on the Paradox-x seminars
Certification Process:
- Verification of completed seminars against Provider records, with candidate providing a list of practitioner seminars completed to the Provider
- Final approval by the Provider
- Upon approval, a Practitioner Certificate is issued by the Provider, based on the Instructors’ recommendations
Upon Certification:
- Conduct individual Paradox-x sessions with clients
- Use the title “Certified Paradox-x Practitioner”
- Opportunity to be listed as Certified Paradox-x Practitioner in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
1.3 Instructor Certification
Requirements:
- Active Practitioner certification
- Completed practitioner seminars corresponding to the instructor seminars instructor intends to attend
Certification Process:
- Instructors complete instructor training seminars in the following initial sequence: Paradox-x Method, Polarity Integration, Resolving Trauma
- Upon completing initial sequence of the seminars, instructors can choose to obtain certification in any other available instructor seminar
- Additional instructor training is required for each seminar the Instructor wishes to teach
- Upon successful completion, Instructor Certificate is issued by the Provider, for each instructor seminar completed.
Upon Certification:
- Teach practitioner seminars for which instructor training has been completed
- Handout seminar certificates to the students of the practitioner seminars issued by the Provider
- Use the title “Certified Paradox-x Instructor” for the completed instructor seminars
- Opportunity to be listed as a Certified Instructor for the completed instructor seminars in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
1.4 Advanced Practitioner
This certification recognises practitioners who have achieved significant depth in their practice and understanding of the Paradox-x Method through extensive continuing education and consistent practice.
Requirements:
- Current Certified Paradox-x Practitioner status in good standing
- Completion of at least four 2.5-day practitioner seminars, including:
- Paradox-x Method (mandatory)
- Polarity Integration (mandatory)
- Resolving Trauma (mandatory)
- Overcoming Fears (mandatory)
- Completion of at least one 4.5-day practitioner seminar:
- Transforming Genetics (mandatory)
- Completion of at least three one-day practitioner seminars including:
- Beyond Ego (mandatory)
- Worthless Self-confidence (mandatory)
- Additional one-day practitioner seminar of choice
- Minimum of 20 practice sessions within the six months prior to certification, documented by date and duration
- Documented practice log submitted with a signed declaration of accuracy to the Provider
Certification Process:
- Verification of completed seminars against Provider records, with candidate providing a list of practitioner seminars completed
- Submit completed practice log with documentation of all required sessions
- Final confirmation by the Provider upon review of seminars and practice documentation, and adherence to professional standards
Upon Certification:
- Recognition as an Advanced Practitioner with demonstrated expertise
- Use the title “Advanced Paradox-x Practitioner”
- Priority access to advanced training opportunities
- Opportunity to be listed as Advanced Paradox-x Practitioner in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
1.5 Senior Instructor
This certification acknowledges instructors who have demonstrated excellence in teaching and a sustained commitment to sharing the Paradox-x Method.
Requirements:
- Current Advanced Practitioner certification in good standing
- Completion of the following 2.5-day practitioner and instructor seminars:
- Paradox-x Method (mandatory)
- Polarity Integration (mandatory)
- Resolving Trauma (mandatory)
- Overcoming Fears (mandatory)
- Completion of the following 4.5-day practitioner and instructor seminar:
- Transforming Genetics (mandatory)
- Completion of at least three one-day practitioner and instructor seminars, including:
- Beyond Ego (mandatory)
- Worthless Self-confidence (mandatory)
- Additional one-day seminar of choice
- Minimum of 5 instructor seminars successfully taught, including:
- All three core seminars: Paradox-x Method, Polarity Integration, and Resolving Trauma
- Two additional seminars of choice for which instructor training has been completed
- Compliance with all reporting requirements, including:
- Pre-seminar student registration lists submitted to the Provider
- Post-seminar certification completion reports submitted to the Provider
Certification Process:
- Verification of completed seminars against Provider records, with candidate providing a list of:
- Practitioner seminars completed
- Instructor seminars completed
- Seminars taught
- Verification of Advanced Practitioner status and compliance with reporting requirements
- Final confirmation by the Provider upon review of teaching experience and adherence to professional standards
Upon Certification:
- Recognition as a Senior Instructor with demonstrated teaching excellence
- Use the title “Senior Paradox-x Instructor”
- Opportunity to be listed as Senior Paradox-x Instructor in the Paradox-x in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
- Lead 3-hour practice workshops for students and practitioners on Paradox-x methodology already covered in seminars
1.6 Master of Paradox-x
This is the highest certification level, reserved for individuals who embody mastery of both practice and instruction and have made significant contributions to the Paradox-x Method community.
Requirements:
- Current Senior Instructor certification in good standing
- Completion of at least six 2.5-day practitioner and instructor seminars:
- Paradox-x Method (mandatory)
- Polarity Integration (mandatory)
- Resolving Trauma (mandatory)
- Overcoming Fears (mandatory)
- Two additional 2.5-day seminars of choice
- Completion of at least two 4.5-day practitioner and instructor seminars:
- Transforming Genetics (mandatory)
- Additional 4.5-day seminar of choice
- Completion of at least five one-day practitioner and instructor seminars, including:
- Beyond Ego (mandatory)
- Worthless Self-confidence (mandatory)
- Decode Dreams to Transform Reality (mandatory)
- Two additional one-day seminars of choice
- Minimum of 8 instructor seminars successfully taught, including:
- All three core seminars: Paradox-x Method, Polarity Integration, and Resolving Trauma
- Transforming Genetics
- Four additional seminars for which instructor training has been completed
- Compliance with all reporting requirements, including:
- Pre-seminar student registration lists submitted to the Provider
- Post-seminar certification completion reports submitted to the Provider
Certification Process:
- Verification of completed seminars against Provider records, with candidate providing a list of:
- Practitioner seminars completed
- Instructor seminars completed
- Seminars taught
- Verification of Senior Instructor status and compliance with reporting requirements
- Final confirmation by the Provider upon review of training completion, teaching experience, and sustained contributions to the Paradox-x Method community
Upon Certification:
- Recognition as the highest level of Paradox-x certification, demonstrating mastery of both practice and instruction
- Use the title “Master of Paradox-x”
- Opportunity to be listed as Master of Paradox-x in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
- Lead 3-hour practice workshops for students and practitioners on Paradox-x methodology already covered in seminars
- Opportunity to develop original seminar and become Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor
1.7 Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor
For Master-level practitioners with specialised expertise, there is an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Paradox-x Method by developing original seminar content under the Paradox-x intellectual property framework. Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developers and Instructors create new educational programs that integrate their professional or personal expertise in specialised areas, allowing innovators to share their knowledge while maintaining the integrity and standards of Paradox-x certification.
Requirements:
- Current Master of Paradox-x certification in good standing
- Demonstrated specialised expertise or experience in the proposed seminar topic area
Authorisation Process:
- Initial Concept Approval: Submit initial seminar concept including proposed topic, duration, and structure to the Provider for review and approval to proceed with development
- Full Draft Review: Present fully developed seminar material through a teaching exercise to the Provider or designated representative; receive feedback and direction for refinement
- Final Authorisation: Develop final seminar version incorporating feedback; authorisation granted at the discretion of the Provider
- Subject to authorisation fee and fee-sharing arrangements as defined in separate agreements
Upon Authorisation:
- Teach authorised seminars to Paradox-x Practitioners within the Paradox-x intellectual property framework
- Use the title “Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor”
- Opportunity to be listed as Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website
- Opportunity for the authorised seminar to be listed in the Paradox-x seminar directory on the paradox-x.com website
- All developed content remains Paradox-x intellectual property
1.8 Authorisation to Train and Certify Instructors
Currently, only Katarina Vukovic, Author of the Paradox-x Method, is authorised to train other Instructors through instructor seminars. This authorisation may become available to qualified Masters in the future and will be periodically assessed by the Provider.
1.9 Delivery Methods
Both in-person and online delivery of sessions and seminars are available at all certification levels. Certified Practitioners may conduct individual sessions in-person or online. Certified Instructors may teach seminars in-person or online.
1.10 Minimum number of students
The minimum number of students required per seminar for practitioner seminars is as follows:
- For Paradox-x Method, Feeling Emotions, and Resolving Trauma, at least two students are required.
- For all other seminars, the minimum requirement is one student.
2. Recertification and Continuing Education
2.1 Practitioner Recertification
To maintain active Practitioner certification, individuals must complete a minimum of one Paradox-x practitioner or instructor seminar in a calendar year.
2.2 Instructor Recertification
To maintain active Instructor certification, individuals must keep the Practitioner certification in a good standing and to complete a minimum of one Paradox-x instructor seminar within every four calendar years.
Instructor seminars count toward Practitioner recertification requirements. Instructors must maintain active Practitioner certification; it is not possible to hold Instructor certification without maintaining Practitioner certification.
2.3 Recertification for holders of Advanced Certification
Advanced certification holders benefit from reduced recertification requirements in recognition of their extensive training and ongoing commitment to the Paradox-x Method.
To maintain active advanced certifications, individuals must complete:
Advanced Practitioner:
- Minimum of one Paradox-x practitioner or instructor seminar within every two calendar years
- This represents a reduced requirement compared to the standard annual seminar requirement
Senior Instructor:
- Minimum of one Paradox-x practitioner or instructor seminar within every three calendar years
- This represents a reduced requirement compared to the standard annual seminar requirement
- Maintaining Senior Instructor certification automatically maintains Advanced Practitioner certification
Master of Paradox-x:
- Minimum of one Paradox-x practitioner or instructor seminar within every four calendar years
- This represents a reduced requirement compared to the standard annual seminar requirement
- Maintaining Master certification automatically maintains both Senior Instructor and Advanced Practitioner certifications
2.4 Continuing Education Opportunities
Paradox-x continuously offers new workshops, seminars, and educational opportunities for ongoing professional development. Participation in these offerings contributes to skill enhancement and community engagement, beyond mandatory recertification requirements.
2.5 Lapsed Certification
Failure to meet recertification requirements results in lapsed certification status. Individuals with lapsed certification:
- May not represent themselves as any type of certified Practitioners, Instructors or Masters
- May not use the Paradox-x name, logo, or materials in professional practice or teaching
- Will be removed from the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
- Must contact support@paradox-x.com to discuss reinstatement requirements
3. Ethical and Professional Standards
All Participants, Students, Practitioners, and Instructors must uphold the ethical standards outlined in the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
3.1 Universal Standards
- Confidentiality: All personal or sensitive information shared in Paradox-x seminars or sessions must remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where participants explicitly consent to disclosure for educational purposes
- Respect and Dignity: All participants, clients, students, instructors, and fellow students must be treated with respect and dignity. Students and participants must respect their instructors and fellow students
- Safe Environment: Creating a1d maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Integrity: Conducting all activities with honesty and professionalism
3.2 Method Integrity
The Paradox-x Method may not be:
- Altered, modified, or adapted
- Combined or practiced simultaneously with other modalities within the same programme or session
- Misrepresented in any way
All teaching and practice must accurately reflect the official Paradox-x Method as developed by Katarina Vukovic.
3.3 Practitioner Standards
- Practice only within the scope of Paradox-x Practitioner authorisation
- Conduct practice in accordance with applicable local laws and professional regulations
- Seek guidance from Instructors or the Provider when uncertain about application of the Method
3.4 Instructor Standards
- Teach only those seminars for which specific authorisation has been granted
- Ensure students are informed and agree to Terms and Conditions, Paradox-x Certification and Professional Standards, and Payment and Returns Policy (where applicable – the instructors are independent business entities and can develop independent Payment and Returns Policy)
- Ensure accurate and faithful transmission of the Paradox-x Method
- Prioritise student welfare and learning
- Monitor and guide student conduct and adherence to ethical standards
- Cooperate with the Provider in enforcing student standards and addressing violations
3.5 Use of Seminar Manuals and Materials
Instructors must use the official Paradox-x practitioner manuals when teaching seminars. These manuals contain the information, structure, exercises and content that must be taught at each seminar.
Practitioner Manual Requirements:
Instructors must use the latest version of official practitioner manuals obtained from the Provider. The manuals are regularly updated, and it is the duty of the instructor to obtain the latest version prior to each seminar.
For in-person seminars, practitioner manuals must be printed by the instructor and provided to practitioners at the beginning of the seminar. For online seminars, manuals must be sent in digital form to participants.
Instructor Manual and Preparation:
During the instructors training, instructors receive an instructor manual for each seminar that includes clear teaching guidance. Instructors are required to prepare thoroughly before each seminar using this guidance.
Teaching Requirements:
Instructors are required to:
- Follow the structure and content provided in the practitioner manual for each seminar
- Adhere to the teaching guidance provided in the corresponding instructor manual
- Teach only Paradox-x Method content as specified in the manuals
- Not incorporate techniques, methods, or content from other modalities or approaches
Prohibited Materials:
PowerPoint or other types of presentations or slides may not be used or shared as visual aids during seminars. The instructor teaches without these visual aids, and the focus remains on the instructor rather than visual materials.
Any deviation from the prescribed manual content, teaching methods or structure is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Professional Standards.
3.6 Materials Confidentiality
Students and Practitioners must not share Paradox-x seminar manuals, training materials, or other proprietary content with unauthorised parties. These materials are for the personal use of students, practitioners and instructors only and may not be published publicly or distributed to others.
4. Use of Paradox-x Brand and Intellectual Property
All use of the Paradox-x brand, name, logo, graphics, and materials is governed by Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions. The following additional guidelines apply:
4.1 Brand Pack and Consultation
Before publicly using Paradox-x branding or marketing materials, certified Practitioners and Instructors must:
- Receive the official Paradox-x Brand Pack from the Provider
- Consult with an authorised Instructor or the Provider regarding appropriate branding usage
- Obtain guidance on proper representation of the certification
4.2 Permitted Brand Usage
Certified individuals may:
- Identify themselves as “Certified Paradox-x Practitioner”, “Certified Paradox-x Instructor”, “Advanced Paradox-x Practitioner”, “Senior Paradox-x Instructor”, “Master of Paradox-x” and/or “Authorised Paradox-x Seminar Developer and Instructor” (as applicable)
- Use the Paradox-x name and logo solely to indicate their personal certification status
- Use official Paradox-x graphics and textual descriptions from the website with proper attribution: “Paradox-x Method, developed by Katarina Vukovic – www.paradox-x.com”
- Describe their authorised activities within the scope of their certification
4.3 Prohibited Brand Usage
Certified individuals may not:
- Suggest ownership, authorship, partnership, or endorsement by Katarina Vukovic or Paradox-x beyond their individual certification
- Alter, edit, re-colour, or modify official Paradox-x graphics or materials
- Use Paradox-x intellectual property for services or methodologies outside the scope of authorisation
- Register domain names, social media profiles, or channels that could create confusion with official Paradox-x platforms
- Share seminar manuals, training materials, or other proprietary content with unauthorised parties
4.4 Revocation of Brand Rights
The Provider may revoke or suspend the right to use the Paradox-x name, logo, or materials if a Practitioner or Instructor:
- Breaches ethical guidelines
- Misrepresents the Method
- Engages in unauthorised use of intellectual property
- Violates any provision of these Standards or the Terms and Conditions
5. Pricing Policies
5.1 Practitioner Session Pricing
Certified Practitioners may establish their own pricing for individual sessions. Pricing decisions remain at the professional discretion of each Practitioner.
5.2 Seminar Pricing – Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Instructors must comply with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements for Paradox-x seminars. MAP requirements are established by Paradox-x for specific countries and regions and will be communicated to certified Instructors.
Instructors must not advertise or publicly offer seminars below the applicable MAP for their region.
Instructors are responsible for checking current pricing requirements before organizing each seminar.
5.3 Organisational Fees
Instructors may charge organisational fees for seminars. These fees are charged in addition to the seminar price and are established by the Instructor.
Organisational fees cannot exceed 50% of the seminar price itself, except in cases where accommodation is offered as part of the seminar package. When accommodation is included, organisational fees may be set as required to cover actual costs.
5.4 Scholarship Policy
Instructors have the right to offer scholarships for Paradox-x seminars, subject to the following conditions:
- Scholarships may be offered to selected individual based on need, merit or assessment
- Scholarships may never be offered to an entire group or cohort
- Scholarship decisions remain at the discretion of the Instructor
5.5 Pricing Transparency
All pricing must be communicated clearly and honestly to clients, participants and students. Misleading pricing practices are prohibited.
6. Client and Student Relationships
6.1 Ownership of Relationships
Practitioners’ clients are their own. Certified practitioners operate as independent professionals, and client relationships belong to the individual Practitioner, not to the Provider.
6.2 Standards Enforcement and Student Conduct
Instructors are responsible for:
- Ensuring their students understand and comply with Paradox-x ethical and professional standards
- Monitoring student conduct during seminars and training
- Addressing violations of standards promptly and appropriately
- Cooperating with the Provider in enforcing standards and addressing serious violations
- Reporting significant ethical breaches or concerns to support@paradox-x.com
Students who violate ethical standards may be removed from certification pathways or have their certification revoked, following consultation between the Instructor and the Provider.
6.3 Client and Student Confidentiality
All information shared by clients or students in sessions, seminars, or training contexts must be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where participants have explicitly consented to disclosure for educational purposes.
6.4 Seminar Organisation Standards
Instructors organizing Paradox-x seminars are responsible for ensuring appropriate standards for the learning environment:
Physical Premises (for in-person seminars):
- Adequate ventilation and air quality
- Sufficient lighting appropriate for learning activities
- Clean and well-maintained facilities
- Adequate seating arrangements
- Appropriate room temperature
- Adequate space for the number of participants
Online Delivery (for online seminars):
- Quality video conferencing application with reliable audio and video
- Stable internet connection
- Appropriate technical setup and testing prior to seminar
- Clear audio and video quality
- Backup plans for technical difficulties
General Standards (all formats):
- Professional and conducive learning environment
- Minimal distractions
6.5 Reporting Requirements and Documentation
Acceptance of Terms: Instructors must ensure that all students joining their first Paradox-x seminar have read and accepted the Paradox-x Terms and Conditions, Paradox-x Certification and Professional Standards, and Payment & Returns Policy (where applicable – the instructors are independent business entities and can develop independent Payment and Returns Policy).
Reporting to Provider: Instructors must inform the Provider at support@paradox-x.com about:
Prior to Each Seminar:
- List of students registered for the upcoming seminar, including full name, email address (obligatory), phone number (obligatory), and address (if available) for each student
Following Each Seminar:
- Full name, email address (obligatory), phone number (obligatory), and address (if available) of students who have successfully completed certification
This information enables the Provider to maintain accurate records of the Paradox-x certified community and ensure proper support and communication with all certified individuals.
7. Professional Conduct and Accountability
7.1 Independent Professional Status
As stated in the Terms and Conditions (Section 1.5), certified Practitioners and Instructors operate as independent professionals. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Katarina Vukovic ep ELEI. Each certified individual is responsible for:
- Their own professional conduct
- Business operations, finances and administration
- Compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
- Their own liability in professional practice and teaching
7.2 Reporting Obligations
Certified individuals must report the following to support@paradox-x.com:
- Serious ethical violations by other certified individuals
- Misrepresentation of the Paradox-x Method
- Unauthorised use of Paradox-x intellectual property by third parties
- Any situation that may bring the Paradox-x Method or its reputation into disrepute
7.3 Disciplinary Actions
The Provider reserves the right to:
- Suspend certification pending review of alleged violations
- Revoke certification for serious or repeated breaches of these Standards or the Terms and Conditions
- Require remedial actions or additional training as a condition of maintaining certification
Individuals subject to disciplinary action have the right to respond to allegations and present their perspective before final decisions are made.
8. Intellectual Property Developed Under Paradox-x
8.1 Seminars and Materials Created by Others
If eligible Paradox-x professionals or other individuals develop new seminars, workshops, or materials under the Paradox-x Method, all intellectual property rights in such content belong to Paradox-x and Katarina Vukovic.
Such content:
- May not be taken outside the Paradox-x framework
- May not be used independently or with other methodologies
- Remains the exclusive property of the Provider
8.2 Contributions and Innovations
Certified individuals are encouraged to share insights, innovations, and refinements that may enhance the Paradox-x Method. All such contributions should be communicated to the Provider and, if incorporated into the official Method, become part of Paradox-x intellectual property.
9. Method Evolution and Updates
9.1 Right to Update
As stated in the Terms and Conditions (Section 1.6), the Paradox-x Method is a living and evolving body of work. The Provider reserves the right to update any aspect of the Paradox-x framework, including but not limited to seminar structures and content, certification standards and requirements, ethical and professional guidelines, and pricing policies. Implementation timelines may be specified for certain updates when announced.
9.2 Responsibility to Stay Informed
Updates to the Method, certification requirements, recertification standards, pricing policies, and these Standards will be posted on the official Paradox-x website.
Students, Practitioners, and Instructors are responsible for regularly reviewing the official Paradox-x website for updates to the Terms and Conditions, these Standards, Payment and Returns Policy.
9.3 Compliance with Updates
Updates take effect upon publication on the official Paradox-x website. Continued use of Paradox-x certification, methods, or participation in Paradox-x programs by any certified or enrolled individual following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of those updates. Failure to comply with updated terms is subject to standard breach provisions.
10. Termination and Withdrawal
10.1 Voluntary Withdrawal
Certified individuals may voluntarily withdraw from certification by notifying support@paradox-x.com in writing. Upon withdrawal:
- All rights to use the Paradox-x name, logo, and any materials cease immediately
- The individual may not represent themselves as Paradox-x certified
- Outstanding obligations to clients, participants or students must be fulfilled appropriately
- The individual may not use any Paradox-x intellectual property in future professional activities
- All Paradox-x materials, including seminar manuals and training resources, must not be used or shared
- The individual will be removed from the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
10.2 Involuntary Termination
Certification may be terminated by the Provider for:
- Serious or repeated violations of ethical standards
- Misrepresentation of the Method or certification status
- Unauthorised use of Paradox-x intellectual property
- Failure to maintain recertification requirements
- Any breach of these Standards or the Terms and Conditions
Upon termination:
- All rights to use Paradox-x branding and materials cease immediately
- The individual must cease representing themselves as Paradox-x certified
- All Paradox-x materials, including seminar manuals and training resources, must not be used or shared, including seminar manuals and training resources, and if print form must be returned or destroyed
- No refund of certification fees is provided
- The individual will be removed from the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
10.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Following voluntary withdrawal or involuntary termination, individuals must:
- Remove all references to Paradox-x certification from websites, social media, and marketing materials
- Cease using the Paradox-x name, logo, graphics, and any other intellectual property
- Not disparage or misrepresent the Paradox-x Method or its Author and Provider
11. Communication and Support
11.1 Official Contact
All official communication regarding certification, standards, guidelines, ethical concerns, or administrative matters should be directed to: support@paradox-x.com
11.2 Updates and Notices
Important updates, announcements, and notices will be posted on the official Paradox-x website (www.paradox-x.com).
Certified individuals and students are responsible for:
- Regularly checking the website for updates
- Maintaining current and accurate contact information with the Provider
- Staying informed about all changes to standards, policies, and requirements
12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
12.1 Binding Agreement
By pursuing or maintaining Practitioner or Instructor certification, or by joining their first Paradox-x seminar as a student, individuals confirm that they have read, understood, and accept these Standards in full, together with the Terms and Conditions and Payment and Returns Policy (where applicable – the certified instructors are independent business entities and can develop independent Payment and Returns Policy).
This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement with Katarina Vukovic EP ELEI under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
12.2 Forms of Acceptance
The standard method of acceptance is by signing the online form (e.g., via Google Form or a website checkbox).
Alternative forms of acceptance may be permitted only in extraordinary circumstances at the Provider’s discretion, including digital signatures or signing printed versions of these Standards.
12.3 Publication of Information
Practitioners, Instructors, and Advanced Certification Holders, by reading and accepting these Paradox-x Certification and Professional Standards, consent to the publication of their name, professional title, certification level, seminars completed, region/country, and contact details and photograph (if provided) in the publicly accessible directory on the paradox-x.com website.
The purpose of this publication is to provide public visibility of certified Paradox-x professionals.
They may request updates or full removal of their published information at any time by contacting support@paradox-x.com, and such requests will be honoured promptly.
13. Transitional Provisions
13.1 Certification Requirements
Changes to certification requirements shall apply as follows:
- Any certification process where the final seminar and other certification requirements are completed within the current calendar year shall be governed by the certification requirements in effect at the beginning of that calendar year
- New or amended certification requirements shall take effect from 1 January of the following calendar year and apply to all certifications where the final seminar and other certification requirements are completed on or after that date
13.2 Recertification Requirements
Changes to recertification requirements shall apply as follows:
- Any recertification process due to be completed within the current calendar year shall be governed by the requirements in effect at the beginning of that calendar year
- New or amended recertification requirements shall take effect from 1 January of the following calendar year
