Payments policy Available Payment options The Credit cards we accept for your payments are laid out on the Website’s footer. Also just before the payment, an Order form will offer you to choose the form of payment (for now it is only the payments plugin provided by OTP Bank). Having an User Account You don’t have to possess user account on Paradoxx prior to purchasing our products. One will be created for you automatically during the purchase and presented to you via e-mail message with the link for changing password. However it is better to have an account and be logged-in prior to shopping because you will find it more convenient and presentable that way. Presenting Purchase and Product information  Each Products page contains the necessary product related information and links to product related information. Those are Product name, related posts that present full description and meaning of the product in the context of the Website, and links to restricted content accessible to user only after buying the product . Additionally, when user has bought a product, a time frame of validity has presented to him/her on that Product’s page. After successful Purchase an Order page is display to the customer, with (links to) all related Product information as well as data about the Merchant. And the Customer’s necessary purchase attributes, such as his/her email address. Order page shows its unique Order ID, the ID(s) of the products it consists of. All Purchase and Product information are also made available in the email message sent to customer automatically after the successful purchase. In Case of Unexpectancies An alert will show up when you try to buy the same Product twice. You cannot buy the same Product twice except when the product is of type Event or Subscription, when reaching the expiration date allows user to buy it again. Returns policy Can I return Paradox-x Digital Products? Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Can I cancel my Paradox-x Paid Subscriptions? Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime by logging in to your account. Depending on where in the billing cycle you are when you cancel, will determine if you are charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions. Can I cancel a Paradox-x Session? Yes, you can cancel your session prior to the start and penalties may apply. There is a 10% refund fee applied to all refunds. Can I cancel my Paradox-x Seminars/Workshops? Yes, you can cancel your class prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. There is an 10% refund fee applied to all seminar/workshop refunds. In addition, bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. There are no refunds for classes which you have already attended, unless approved specifically by the instructor. Classes which have organisational fees charged, deposits required or accommodations included are not fully refundable or transferable and fees may apply. Please contact the seminar host or seminar instructor for additional details. A refund of a live class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the attendee cancels within first three hours of seminar start. Refunds (if applicable) If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of returning goods/services and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Katarina Vukovic ep ELEI is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.
