Payment & Returns Policy

This Payment and Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which are available on the Paradox-x website. In case of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment service providers. 

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards as displayed on the Paradox-x website during the purchase process.

If purchase is performed through the website, a user account is automatically created upon purchase if none exists, with login credentials emailed to the purchaser. Having a user account is recommended for convenient access and management of purchased content.

2. Product Information and Purchase Confirmation

Product pages on the website describe our offerings, including sessions, seminars, workshops, digital products and other educational content.

After purchase through website, customers receive an order confirmation email containing:

  • A unique Order ID
  • Item details
  • Merchant contact information

Prices displayed on the website may change at any time and are only guaranteed at the moment of completed purchase.

3. Purchase Errors and Failed Payments

Any purchase errors, failed payments, or transaction issues should be reported promptly to support@paradox-x.com.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products

Digital products (including audio, video, books, and digital seminars) are non-refundable due to immediate delivery and protection of intellectual property.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the user account portal. Payments made for a full billing period (e.g., one year or one month) are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, you will not receive a refund for any remaining unused time in that period. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

Sessions, Seminars, and Workshops

Cancellations must be made before the scheduled start time. Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • More than 14 days prior to start: Full refund minus 5% administration fee
  • Between 7 and 14 days prior to start: 50% refund of the purchase price
  • Less than 7 days prior to start: No refund
  • No-shows or leaving during the session, seminar, or workshop: No refund

Additional payment gateway fees (processing charges, bank fees, or credit card fees) from the initial payment are non-refundable.

Events involving deposits, organizational fees, or accommodations may have distinct non-refundable conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the registration process.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our authorized payment processors within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Customers should check with their banks or payment providers regarding processing times before contacting support about delayed refunds, as bank processing may add additional days beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Refund Requests

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to support@paradox-x.com. Each request will be evaluated according to this policy. Please include your Order ID in all correspondence.

7. Policy Updates

Paradox-x reserves the right to amend this Payment and Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website. Continued purchases or participation following any updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
