My life journey is a passionate exploration of the world and human nature. While striving to understand and embrace life complexities I gained insight into ways to identify principles of challenges which are embedded into paradoxical, seemingly irreconcilable polarities in our inner beings. I also found a way to overcome painful inner polarization and enable integration. The way to inner integration, to wholeness, is set out in the method for introspection and integration – paradox-x.
