This instructor seminar provides structured guidance on how to successfully transfer knowledge and skills encapsulated in the Beyond Ego seminar to the Paradox-x students.
The instructor seminars, in general, are designed in a way to provide opportunities for attendees to practice teaching segments of seminars in the group setting and to receive feedback and guidance on teaching performance.
The seminar encompasses in-depth analysis of the key concepts related to ego, higher self, integrated self and universal consciousness relevant for the instructor level including:
The Ego as a Necessary Individual Perspective
We begin by understanding the ego as a necessary separate perspective – one that allows us to step out of wholeness so that we can observe, experience, and ultimately learn more about it. Through the Paradox-x lens, we map how this separate perspective is shaped and what its characteristics and elements are. We also explore how narrow ego perspective is conducive to fear, control, defence, and distortion.
Shifting the Point of View
True transformation occurs when we no longer view life from within the ego, but from a broader state of awareness. Through guided experiential processes, we move from identification with the ego to the higher and broader perspective.
We also explore concepts and interplay of ego, higher self, integrated self and universal consciousness.
The goal is not ego death, but shifting and broadening focus and perspective.
Living from the integrated self
As we shift our perspective, the ego remains — but no longer rules. It becomes a function, not the master. From the new centre, integrated self, we are no longer bound by fear-based narratives or emotional reactivity. We are more connected to the higher self and universal consciousness and can respond with true integrity. We are both – fully human and deeply connected to something greater.
After successful finalization of the seminar participants receive a Certificate of Completion.
