On the Collective & Archetypes seminar you learn how to identify conditioning of collective & how to overcome collective limitations.
This instructor seminar provides structured guidance on how to successfully transfer the knowledge and experiential skills encapsulated in the Collective & Archetypes instructor seminar to Paradox-x students.
Instructor seminars are designed to provide opportunities for attendees to practice teaching seminar segments, receive feedback on presentation and facilitation, and deepen their understanding of the material from an instructor’s perspective.
This course offers an in-depth exploration of the key concepts related to collective consciousness and conditioning, archetypal patterns and their polarities, and the process of moving from unconscious identification with collectives and archetypes toward conscious integration and authentic self-expression.
The Collective Conditioning Paradox We examine how much of what we think, feel, and believe is not personally ours – but unconsciously absorbed from the groups that shaped us: nationality, religion, profession, family lineage, generation, and more. These collectives carry both extraordinary gifts and deeply entrenched limitations, and their shadow polarisations keep individuals – and the collectives themselves – from reaching their highest expression. Instructors gain tools to guide participants in distinguishing what is genuinely theirs from what has been inherited, and to support the inner work that allows both individual and collective consciousness to evolve.
From Unconscious Identification to Conscious Relationship with Archetypes – the Hero, the Martyr, the Caregiver, the Rebel, the Mother, the Father, the Teacher, and others – are not merely mythological figures. They are living forces that shape behaviour, wounds, gifts, and deepest longings, often long before we become aware of them. True transformation occurs when participants move from being governed by these patterns to working with them consciously. Instructor training includes guided experiential processes and methods for supporting participants in identifying their dominant archetypes, meeting their deepest archetypal wounds with compassion and clarity, and adopting the pure power within each pattern without disbalance.
Developing Consciousness of Collective and Archetypal Dynamics as an Instructor – At this level, participants cultivate greater depth and nuance in their own relationship with collectives and archetypes – understanding how collective wounds repeat across generations and groups and how to overcome them through deep transformation and learnings. Participants also have an opportunity to understand depth of archetypes, their limitations and their strengths, enabling them to steer the change at deep collective levels. Instructors learn to hold space for participants working with highly charged material, including formative experiences connected to archetypes such as the Mother, Father, Saviour, and Martyr, while maintaining clarity and facilitating movement toward integration.
The seminar also covers effective approaches for facilitating group exercises, managing resistance and emotional activation, and holding space for participants’ integration processes.
Upon successful completion of the seminar, participants receive a Certificate of Completion qualifying them to teach the Collective & Archetypes practitioner seminar within the Paradox-x framework.
