1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any Paradox-x service or product – including but not limited to sessions, workshops, certification seminars, digital materials, udio or video content, and printed materials – the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, including all liability, certification, and ethical provisions contained herein.

1.5 Independence of Practitioners and Instructors

Each is responsible for their own professional conduct, business operations, and compliance with applicable laws.

1.6 Evolution of the Framework

The Paradox-x Method is a living and evolving body of work. The Provider reserves the right to update any aspect of the Paradox-x framework, including but not limited to seminar structures, certification requirements, fees, terms and conditions, and professional guidelines at any time. Implementation timelines may be specified for certain updates when announced.

Updates take effect upon publication on the official Paradox-x website.

Students, Practitioners, and Instructors are responsible for regularly reviewing the official Paradox-x website for updates. Continued use of Paradox-x certification, methods, or participation in Paradox-x programs by any certified or enrolled individual following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of those updates. Failure to comply with updated terms is subject to standard breach provisions.

2. Paradox-x Seminars, Events and Certifications

2.1 Purpose and Nature

Paradox-x seminars, events and materials are designed to support introspection, transformation, and education. They facilitate personal reflection and awareness but do not constitute psychological, medical, or psychiatric treatment, nor do they replace professional care.

Use of the Paradox-x name and logo is limited to truthful, non-misleading references in their professional communication, such as websites, promotional materials, or social media profiles.

The logo or name may not be presented in a way that suggests ownership, authorship, partnership, or endorsement by Katarina Vukovic EP ELEI or the Paradox-x Method beyond the individual’s certification.

All uses of the logo must comply with current Paradox-x branding and ethical guidelines, and the Provider reserves the right to withdraw or restrict usage at any time if misrepresentation occurs.
