How Skewed Is Our View of the World?

Am I Always Right?

We all have our own view of the world. And because it is our view, we can think that it is correct and objective.

When we start exploring our consciousness and subconsciousness, we quickly realise that our views are coloured by our traumas and beliefs.

And these beliefs may not always be “right”.

Subjective Views Are Skewed

If we “stick” to our view and if we do not want to be open to a wider and more objective perspective, it will be easier for us to get into conflict with others.

The awareness of the possibility that our view is skewed, can help us search for a more objective view.

How to Adopt a More Objective View

Paradox-x Method provides a set of tools and processes that allow us to shift from skewed, subjective perspectives towards more objective ones. We focus not only on mental concepts we are conscious of, but also on subconscious beliefs thar are, practically the main “skewing” factor.

Our perspective is skewed by our childhood traumatic experiences, as well as inherited patterns and beliefs adopted from collective.

The beliefs we hold may be the only truth for us because that was the only truth we were exposed to. As we grow up, we usually have plenty opportunities to meet people with different beliefs. This represents a crossroad for us, that offers a road to conflict or resistance, or to expansion of our view.

Once we become aware of our conscious and subconscious beliefs, we have the power to change them if we choose so.

And to broaden our perspective towards more objective perspective that encompasses the truths of others. This way we make a step towards more objective truth and view of reality. And we are able to create more harmony in our lives and lives of others.
