On the Relationships vs. Attachments seminar you learn to recognise unhealthy attachments & transform them in fulfilling relationships.
Do people around you have repeating detrimental patterns in relationships that cause them pain and suffering?
Would you like to teach others techniques for overcoming negative relationship patterns and creating more fulfilling and loving relationships? The techniques which they can apply to themselves and others?
The consequences of detrimental attachment styles and patterns in relationships prevent us from living a fulfilled life. We can feel isolated or lonely. Or we can believe we need to be aggressive or manipulative in order to be safe in the relationships.
Our relationships are one of the most important things we have in life. If they are unhealthy or dissatisfactory, we can suffer deeply.
The relationship patterns are created in our childhood based on relationships in our family, or in the environment. Often, we are not even aware of the patterns that we adopted. The detrimental patterns in relationships may include avoidant, fearful and disorganised attachment styles. We may be running away and isolating ourselves from others, attaching ourselves to others for “dear life” or having a combination of the two.
In the Paradox-x Method, we are not talking about simple tips and tricks or superficial changes for improving relationships. We are finding ways to overcome detrimental relationship patterns and transform them into more fulfilling and loving relationships.
The Relationships vs. Attachments instructor seminar provides guidelines for teaching processes for overcoming detrimental relationship styles and creating more balanced and fulfilling relationships. The first step in the Paradox-x process, when we work on detrimental relationship style, is to understand what kind of relationships we form. To see clearly the detrimental relationship patterns, we adopted. The next step is to identify our subconscious reasons for why we chose to accept this detrimental pattern. And, the final step is to learn what is needed to transform the detrimental relationship style into a more fulfilling and loving relationship style. The learnings usually focus on strengthening virtues including trust, honesty, authenticity, love, kindness, integrity, loyalty and other virtues specific to the person.
The Paradox-x instructor seminar enables you to teach others the processes for deepening and improving relationships. The processes that enable others to feel more fulfilled, connected, authentic, loved and loving…
The instructor seminars, in general, are designed in a way to provide opportunities for attendees to practice Paradox-x processes individually, in pairs and in group settings. The attendees also receive individual guidance and feedback from the instructor.
After successful finalization of the seminar participants receive a Certificate of Completion.
