Our Subjective View on Ease of Existence
Before embarking on the journey towards ease of existence, let’s pause and reflect on our subjective perception of what this term truly means. How do we perceive ease of existence? Also, take a moment to assess your current status related to ease of life. Do you feel dissatisfied, and that efforts are in vain? Does life seem unduly hard, prompting thoughts of giving up?
Current Collective Wave: Dissatisfaction and Despair
In recent months, Paradox-x practice has identified a collective wave that wept many of us into a state of dissatisfaction, leaving us questioning the worthiness of our efforts. Many Paradox-x clients have shared the impression that they are making one step forward and two steps back and that the efforts they have been putting in life have not brought the expected rewards. Furthermore, life challenges and global uncertainties have given rise to feelings of desperation, fear, and sadness.
Our Effort Brings an Adequate Reward. Or not?
Effort, a word that often carries tension and force, is one of the crucial points of exploration in the quest for ease of existence. Many of us have invested considerable effort in improving our lives, only to find results not meeting our expectations.
The findings of Paradox-x explorations show that the effort is not linearly linked with the results. And this is mainly due to the fact that we may have been investing our efforts in the wrong thing and/or in the wrong way.
We may have been forcing ideas that are not in alignment with our true path. Thus, we can “recalibrate” the way we use our energy – we may want to make conscious choices aligned with our true path and focus our energy on it; instead of forcing our energy on our ideas driven by fear or ego, or ideas we have formed based on the expectations of our environment.
Resistance as an Obstacle to Ease
The current collective wave reveals our own and the suffering of all beings caused by individual challenges and global turbulences.
The difficulties we are facing are triggering strong, difficult emotions, which in turn form strong resistance to the harsh realities.
However, the reality, as it is, is already there and our resistance to it only creates additional tension and amplifies suffering. So, what can we do to overcome the resistance?
Acceptance as a Cornerstone for Living with Ease
As we navigate resistance, acceptance emerges as a key virtue that transforms it.
Acceptance is not merely a mental exercise in which we explain reality and force ourselves to passively accept it. Acceptance is, actually, a living, deep, warm embrace of all that is and represents a key step in the transformation process.
A Journey Towards Ease
In summary, the path to ease of existence is paved with acceptance. As we revisit our difficult emotional states affected by our own failings and by global turbulences, we understand that behind every difficulty lies hidden learning.
By embracing acceptance in its truest form, we untangle the knots of resistance and pave the way for a life of ease.
