We’ve all had moments where we say things we don’t mean or act in ways we later regret.
This usually happens due to an uncontrolled inner urge that overpowers our conscious choices.
Within the Paradox-x Method, we call this the supressed polarity, and we have found a way to overcome this state of division. The key lies in recognizing and overcoming the opposing conflicting polarities – the one we usually show in public and the one we supress to appear good or to stay safe and accepted.
