If we tend to take on the burdens and responsibilities of others, we may find ourselves exhausted, fatigued, and irritable. We might even approach emotional and psychological burnout.
While both men and women can have this tendency, in my experience, it’s more common among women. This is often due to the different ways women approach fulfilling life roles, such as caring for children, partners, parents, family, friends, and even colleagues at work. 🫶
There may also be social pressures influencing how women feel they should fulfil these roles.
Using Paradox-x processes we can dive into the reasons behind over-shouldering responsibility, learn how to release these patterns, and find ways to reach a state of ease and freedom.
